服务条款
- 账户由家长注册和管理，孩子在家长同意和照看下使用。
- 米粒是 AI 老师，会尽力教好，但可能说错，不能代替真人老师。
- 学习币按实际用量扣除，没有现金价值，不能转让。
- 开启自动充值，即授权我们在余额低于您设定的金额时从保存的卡扣款。随时可以关闭。
1. 接受条款
「中文探险乐园」（包括 App、本网站和相关服务，统称「本服务」）由 【待填写：运营方名称 operator】（「我们」）提供。注册或使用本服务，即表示您同意本条款和隐私政策。如果不同意，请不要使用本服务。
2. 谁可以使用
账户只能由年满 18 岁的家长或法定监护人注册。孩子可以在家长同意和照看下，通过家长的账户使用本服务。家长对账户下的所有活动负责，包括孩子的使用和账户里的付款。
3. 账户
请提供真实有效的邮箱，并妥善保管密码。如果发现账户被他人使用，请立即联系我们。每个账户只供一个家庭使用，不得出售、转让或与家庭以外的人共用。
4. 关于 AI 老师
本服务用人工智能生成米粒和其他老师的回复和语音。我们会设定规则让内容适合儿童，但 AI 可能出错，例如理解错孩子的话、给出不准确的解释、读音不自然，或偶尔偏离话题。本服务是练习口语的辅助工具，不能代替真人老师，也不对学习效果作出保证。语音识别可能听错，我们不会对孩子的发音或声调作出准确评价。
如果您发现不当内容，请联系我们，我们会尽快处理。
5. 学习币和付款
- 学习币（◎）用于支付 AI 回复和语音的使用费，按每次实际用量扣除，余额在 App 里随时可见。学习币不是货币，没有现金价值，不能提现、转让或在本服务以外使用。
- 免费学习币：新账户注册时一次性赠送 100 学习币，先于购买的学习币使用。我们可以随时调整或停止赠送。
- 充值：每次充值能得到的学习币数量会在付款前显示。目前每 $1 得到 5,000 学习币。价格以美元计，可能需要另付适用税费。我们可能调整价格，调整前已购买的学习币不受影响。
- 付款处理：付款由 Stripe 处理，您同时需遵守 Stripe 的条款。
- 余额不足：余额用完后，AI 回复和语音会暂停，直到充值。因为每次的费用要在完成后才知道，余额可能出现很小的负数，会在下次充值时抵扣。
- 退款：如需退款，请联系 【待填写：联系邮箱 contact email】，我们会根据适用法律处理。
6. 自动充值
开启自动充值并保存一张卡，即表示您授权我们在学习币余额（按充值比例折算成美元）降到您设定的金额时，向这张卡扣款，把余额充回您设定的目标金额（每次至少扣 $5，差额不足 $5 时余额会略高于目标）。如果开启时余额已经低于设定金额，会立即扣款一次。每次扣款都会记录在账户里。
您可以随时在 App 里关闭自动充值或删除保存的卡，关闭后不会再自动扣款。如果扣款失败（例如卡被拒绝或需要持卡人确认），自动充值会自动关闭，App 会显示原因。
7. 使用规则
请不要：
- 让孩子在 App 里说出或输入真实全名、住址、电话、学校、照片等个人信息；
- 用本服务产生、传播违法、有害、骚扰或不适合儿童的内容，或试图诱导 AI 违反其安全规则；
- 用脚本、机器人或其他自动方式访问本服务，或对本服务进行逆向工程、干扰或攻击；
- 转售本服务或学习币，或用本服务开发与之竞争的产品。
8. 知识产权
本服务的软件、课程内容、角色形象（包括米粒和各位老师）、设计和商标属于我们或我们的授权方。我们授予您在本条款范围内、为家庭非商业学习目的使用本服务的有限、不可转让的许可。
孩子在使用中说的话和产生的对话记录，您授予我们为提供和维护本服务所需的使用许可，具体使用方式见隐私政策。
9. 第三方服务
本服务使用第三方服务商提供 AI、语音和付款等功能（见隐私政策）。它们的服务可能中断或变更，我们会尽力保持本服务可用，但不对第三方的服务负责。
10. 服务变更和终止
我们可能增加、修改或停止部分功能或课程。您可以随时停止使用并要求删除账户。如果您严重或多次违反本条款，我们可以暂停或终止您的账户。如果我们停止整个服务，会提前通知，并按适用法律处理未使用的已购买学习币。
11. 免责声明
在法律允许的最大范围内，本服务按「现状」和「现有」提供，我们不作任何明示或默示的保证，包括对适销性、特定用途适用性、准确性和不间断运行的保证。
12. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失负责；我们对与本服务有关的全部责任，以您在提出索赔前 12 个月内向我们支付的金额为上限。有些地区不允许排除或限制某些责任，这种情况下上述限制只在当地法律允许的范围内适用。
13. 适用法律

Terms of Service
- Parents create and manage the account; children use it with a parent's permission and supervision.
- Miri is an AI tutor. It tries hard but can make mistakes and is not a replacement for a human teacher.
- Learning tokens are used up as you go, have no cash value and can't be transferred.
- Turning on auto-reload authorizes us to charge your saved card when your balance falls to the amount you set. You can turn it off any time.
1. Accepting these terms
中文探险乐园 (the apps, this website and related services, together the "Service") is provided by 【待填写：运营方名称 operator】 ("we", "us"). By signing up for or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Who may use it
Accounts may only be created by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. Children may use the Service through the parent's account with the parent's permission and supervision. The parent is responsible for all activity on the account, including the child's use and any payments.
3. Your account
Give a valid email and keep your password safe. Tell us right away if someone else uses your account. Each account is for one family and may not be sold, transferred or shared outside the family.
4. About the AI tutor
The Service uses artificial intelligence to write and voice the replies of Miri and the other teachers. We set rules to keep content suitable for children, but AI can be wrong — it may misunderstand a child, give an inaccurate explanation, sound unnatural or occasionally drift off topic. The Service is a speaking-practice aid, not a replacement for a human teacher, and we don't guarantee learning results. Speech recognition can mishear, and we don't assess a child's pronunciation or tones precisely.
If you see inappropriate content, please tell us and we'll deal with it promptly.
5. Learning tokens and payments
- Learning tokens (◎) pay for AI replies and voice, charged per actual use; the balance is always visible in the app. Tokens are not money, have no cash value, and can't be cashed out, transferred or used outside the Service.
- Free tokens: new accounts get 100 tokens once at sign-up, used before bought tokens. We may change or end this offer at any time.
- Top-ups: the number of tokens a top-up gives is shown before you pay; currently 5,000 tokens per $1. Prices are in US dollars and applicable taxes may be added. We may change prices; tokens already bought are not affected.
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe, whose terms also apply.
- Running out: when the balance is used up, AI replies and voice pause until you top up. Because a call's cost is only known after it finishes, the balance may dip slightly below zero; this is deducted from your next top-up.
- Refunds: contact 【待填写：联系邮箱 contact email】 and we will handle your request in line with applicable law.
6. Auto-reload
By turning on auto-reload and saving a card, you authorize us to charge that card whenever your token balance (counted in dollars at the top-up rate) falls to the amount you set, bringing it back up to the target you set (each charge is at least $5, so the balance may end slightly above the target). If the balance is already below the amount when you turn it on, we charge once right away. Every charge is recorded in your account.
You can turn auto-reload off or remove the saved card in the app at any time; no further automatic charges are made after that. If a charge fails (for example the card is declined or needs the cardholder's confirmation), auto-reload turns itself off and the app shows why.
7. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- have your child say or type their real full name, address, phone number, school, photos or other personal details in the app;
- use the Service to create or spread illegal, harmful, harassing or child-inappropriate content, or try to get the AI to break its safety rules;
- access the Service with scripts, bots or other automated means, or reverse-engineer, disrupt or attack it;
- resell the Service or tokens, or use the Service to build a competing product.
8. Intellectual property
The Service's software, lessons, characters (including Miri and the teachers), design and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your family's non-commercial learning under these Terms.
You give us the licence we need to use what your child says and the resulting transcripts to provide and maintain the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers for AI, voice and payments (see the Privacy Policy). Their services may be interrupted or change; we'll do our best to keep the Service available but are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Changes and termination
We may add, change or remove features or lessons. You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms. If we shut down the whole Service, we'll give notice and handle unused purchased tokens as applicable law requires.
11. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted operation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow certain liabilities to be excluded or limited; there, these limits apply only as far as local law allows.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of 【待填写：适用法律 governing law】. This doesn't affect mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws where you live.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and will change the effective date above. We'll give advance notice of material changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new Terms.
